There are a couple of small ponds on the property that are currently in a natural state, that could be cleaned up to be made larger and very beautiful.
Nestled in very peaceful part of Beaver County on a dead-end road and only ¼ mile off the paved highway is a new 60% finished walkout bungalow, with a generous open concept 1598 sq. ft of space both up and down. This house is built for longevity and efficiency, constructed with the best materials that we could afford. Comes with an ICF (from footings to trusses giving an R-28 value) house that is a raised bungalow with a true walkout, 9' ceilings on both the main floor and in the basement. The roof is metal clad, the windows are vinyl inside and metal clad out, all are triple pane, low-E, argon filled with sun-stop that meets 2019 building codes. The larger 3' x 7' windows are casement on the bottom 5' and the top 2' are awning so you can have the windows open rain or shine.
The doors we have put in both upstairs and down are all full double doors with no fixed center post, giving you a full opening of 6' wide. This allows for easy access to move large items in. Need to bring a pool table in to the huge man cave basement? Not a problem! Speaking of man cave, do you want a wet bar in it too? This is easily done since the plumbing is already there.
We used clear span trusses therefore none of the interior walls are load bearing so the floorplan which is fully framed can easily be changed to suit your needs. Currently it is 4 bedrooms, including master suite & 4-1/2 bathrooms.
